- Drivers must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license
- Drivers carrying passengers under 18 must be at least 25 and the legal guardian of any minor passengers
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women
- Watch the required off-road safety video before riding
- Wear the provided DOT-approved helmet and goggles
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee applies separately from listed taxes and fees
- A $1,500 damage hold per machine is placed on a credit or debit card on the day of your reservation and released after 7 days
- An included Premium Damage Waiver limits your maximum out-of-pocket damage responsibility to $2,500
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1–2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late returns: 15+ minutes, $75; 1+ hour, $150; 2+ hours, full-day rental cost.

Your UTV rental follows Phoenix, Arizona time. Phones may switch time zones near Utah and Navajo Nation.
Pickup is available anywhere within 15 miles of the location for up to 15 passengers.
