- A $1,000 security deposit is required at pickup and released when the boat returns in the same condition
- Fuel is not included in the listed price; you are charged for the fuel used after return
- Refuel only at Captain Pip's Marina before return
- Everyone aboard for the entire rental must sign a general release at the office

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least seven days' notice. No refund within seven days. On small craft advisory days, pontoons do not depart; you may upgrade, reschedule, or receive a full refund. Multi-day rentals receive no compensation for weather-related lost days.
