- Renter must be 25 or older.
- Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must have completed an approved boating safety course and obtained a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Bring your card.
- Bring your driver's license.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit is due upon arrival and is not included in the listed price. Bring a credit card.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price; a separate charge applies.
- Stay within the Intracoastal waterways. Towing of any kind is prohibited, and paddleboards and kayaks are not allowed aboard.
- Bring a cell phone.
- Cover the seats with a towel when using sunscreen. Do not use bronzer; you're responsible for upholstery stains.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your daily rental without penalty. Within 48 hours, a 25% charge applies, including no-shows and late arrivals, except in unsafe boating conditions or on a terrible rain day. Rentals of two or more consecutive days or multiple boats have a 30-day cancellation period.
