Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours before your rental for a full refund. Cancel 24 to 72 hours before for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before. Out-of-state travelers receive a full refund for riding-preventing weather.
FAQs
Optional insurance covers mechanical damage during your rental. It does not cover bike-frame damage or damage caused by negligence. Without insurance, you are responsible for repair costs.
Additional charges apply for extra hours ridden. Late fees apply if you return the bike after closing time.
