- Park only in the dedicated parking lot on Lacys Ln; parking elsewhere incurs a $250 charge per car
- Leave the marina and return to your vehicle when the rental ends; loitering incurs a $50 charge per person or item

Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and nonrefundable if you cancel. Weather affecting more than 50% of rental time is rescheduled to an available Monday–Thursday at no additional cost. Full refund applies if an owner-caused boat issue ends the rental early or owner negligence requires you to end it.

FAQs
Ages 25+ to rent. If you were born after January 1, 1989, a valid boater's license is required unless you are accompanied on the motorboat by a parent, legal guardian, or designated person age 18+ who has a valid boating safety certificate or was born before January 1, 1989.
Arrive 15–20 minutes early for the included safety briefing and boat orientation. Arrivals 15 minutes late or more incur a $25 charge; arrivals more than 30 minutes late lose the rental without a refund.
Fuel is not included and is charged at $6 per gallon used at the end of your rental. A $500 credit-card pre-authorization hold also applies for fuel, damages, or other costs under the rental agreement.
