• Drivers must be at least 18 and hold a valid driver's license
• Drivers must be at least 25 when any passenger is under 18, and must be that minor's legal guardian
• Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
• This activity is not suitable for pregnant women
• Complete waiver forms and a safety video before riding
• A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
• An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added to every booking and is not included in the listed price
• A $1,500 damage hold is placed on a credit or debit card for each machine on the day of your reservation and released after 7 days
• A Premium Damage Waiver is included and limits maximum out-of-pocket damage responsibility to $2,500
• Late returns are charged $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, and the full-day rental cost after 2 hours
