• You must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license to drive; if any passenger is under 18, you must be 25 and that minor's legal guardian
• Riders must be at least 42 inches tall
• Pregnancy makes this activity unsuitable
• Watch the required off-road safety video before riding
• A mandatory gas charge based on rental duration applies and is not included in the listed price
• An 8.5% equipment-use and maintenance fee applies and is not included in the listed price
• A $1,500 damage hold per machine is required on a credit or debit card and is released after 7 days
• The included Premium Damage Waiver limits your maximum out-of-pocket responsibility for damage to $2,500
• Late returns incur a $75 charge after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, and the full-day rental cost after 2 hours
