- Wear closed-toe shoes if you are receiving flight instruction
- Do not arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours before start for a 90% refund; cancel 48–72 hours before start for a 50% refund. No refund within 48 hours or for no-shows. Flights affected by adverse weather, Temporary Flight Restrictions, or unforeseen maintenance are rebooked or refunded at no additional charge.

Arrive 15 minutes early. Bring a photo ID matching the reservation name and payment information, provide an emergency contact who is not flying, complete the safety briefing and liability release, and expect a day-of weigh-in.
Wear closed-toe shoes if you are receiving flight instruction. Sun protection, such as a hat and sunglasses, is recommended.
