- Renter and all drivers: ages 25+ only with strong boating experience
- Complete the required waiver; you are responsible for fuel used and any damage to the boat or equipment
- Fuel used is not included in the listed price and must be replaced after your rental
- A credit-card processing fee applies
- Bring a life jacket for each child
- Do not use the boat for tubing, smoke, or bring pets
- Use only the designated dock to load and unload people and gear
- Late returns over 10 minutes incur a $30 charge, plus $5 for every additional 5 minutes; returns over one hour late incur a half-day rental charge

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14 or more days before your reservation for a full refund minus the booking fee, or reschedule. Reschedule 4–13 days before; no refund. No rescheduling or refunds within 3 days. If extreme weather ends your rental before 60% of the time, a partial refund may be available.
FAQs
Minnesota requires motorized boat renters to be at least 18 and hold a valid Watercraft Operator’s Permit or state-approved Watercraft Rental Course certificate. For this pontoon rental, the renter and all drivers must be 25+ with strong boating experience.
Charcoal-free grills are allowed. Grill only off the watercraft.
