- Start with a full fuel tank and replace the fuel you use; fuel costs are not included in the listed price
- Accept responsibility for any boat or equipment damage and the rental waiver
- Expect a credit-card processing fee not included in the listed price
- Return on time: returns over 10 minutes late incur a $30 charge plus $5 for every additional 5 minutes; returns over an hour late incur a half-day rental charge
- Use only the designated departure dock for loading and unloading
- Do not smoke or bring pets; use charcoal-free grills only off the watercraft

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before your reservation for a full refund minus the booking fee, or reschedule. Cancel 4–13 days before to reschedule without a refund. No refunds or rescheduling within 3 days. If extreme weather ends your rental before 60% of the time is used, a partial refund or extended time on a future rental may be offered.
