- Ages 25+ only for the renter and every driver; strong boating experience required
- Bring children's life jackets, as only adult life jackets are provided
- Follow Minnesota boating laws; a current copy is kept aboard
- Replace the fuel you use during the rental; fuel costs are not included in the listed price
- Return the boat to the designated departure dock; late returns over 10 minutes incur a $30 fee, plus $5 per additional 5 minutes
- Expect a half-day rental charge for returns more than one hour late
- Use only the designated dock for loading and unloading
- No smoking or pets
- Use charcoal-free grills only off the watercraft
- A rental waiver is required, and you are responsible for damage to the boat or equipment
- A credit-card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days ahead for a full refund minus the booking fee or rescheduling. Reschedule 4–13 days ahead; no refund. No changes or refunds within 3 days. Rentals using 60% or more of the time are charged as full rentals.

A Watercraft Operator's Permit or a state-approved Watercraft Rental Course certificate is required to rent a motorized boat in Minnesota. For this tritoon rental, the renter and all drivers must also be at least 25 with strong boating experience.
