Know before you go

• Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure; boarding begins about 15 minutes before departure
• Have your QR code ticket ready or provide the reservation name for onboard check-in
• Keep hands and arms inside the train cars; alcohol and smoking are prohibited on the train and railroad property
• Children require adult supervision at all times
• Dress in layers for changing coastal weather; outdoor-car seats may not be changed, and indoor climate control is not reliable
• Use the wheelchair lift at departure only; onboard restrooms are not wheelchair accessible, and travelers unable to climb steps remain onboard during the Wheeler layover
• Bring dogs and small pets only in outdoor cars; indoor cars allow task-trained service animals only
• Caboose rentals accommodate up to 10 people, require climbing steps, have no restroom, and are not wheelchair accessible
• Passengers under 18 in the caboose require adult supervision, and caboose riders sign a liability release at check-in
• Cab rides are for ages 11+; ages 11–17 require an accompanying adult with a cab ride ticket, and cab riders sign a liability release at check-in
