Important details

• Drivers must be at least 18 and hold a valid driver's license
• If any passenger is under 18, the driver must be at least 25 and be that minor's legal guardian
• Children must be at least 42 inches tall to ride
• This activity is not suitable for pregnant women
• Complete the required safety video and waiver before riding
• A $1,500 damage hold per machine is placed on a credit or debit card on rental day and released after 7 days
• A Premium Damage Waiver is included and limits maximum out-of-pocket damage responsibility to $2,500
• An 8.5% equipment-use and maintenance fee applies in addition to the listed price
• A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
• Late returns incur fees: $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, and a full-day rental cost after 2 hours
