• Drivers must be at least 18 and hold a valid driver's license
• If any passenger is under 18, the driver must be at least 25 and the legal guardian of minors riding along
• Children must be at least 42 inches tall to ride
• This activity is not suitable for pregnant women
• Complete the required safety video before riding
• A Premium Damage Waiver is included, limiting maximum out-of-pocket damage responsibility to $2,500
• A credit or debit card is required for a $1,500 damage hold per machine, released after 7 days
• A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
• An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee applies and is not included in the listed price
• Late returns incur a $75 charge after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, and a full-day rental charge after 2 hours
