Important details
- All ages are welcome. Kayaks, tubes, and stand-up paddleboards have a maximum weight of 250 lbs per vessel. The recommended canoe weight limit is 500 lbs.
- Canoes allow a maximum of two adults and one child age 10 or under. Children riding in the middle must sit on the floor, not on the cross seats or a cooler.
- Dogs are allowed on the river. Keep your dog collared and leashed on the property and during vehicle transport, and clean up after your dog. The $10 pet fee is not included in the listed price; you'll pay it in the shop.
- Bring a properly fitting, U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket for every child. Children ages 6 and under must wear it at all times while on a watercraft.
- A signed waiver is required for everyone age 16 and older. The group leader must sign for anyone under 16.
- Do not bring glass bottles or Styrofoam containers. Limit gear to reduce the risk of tipping or losing belongings. Personal craft are not transported.
- Alcohol is limited to three 12-ounce cans per adult of legal drinking age. Coolers may be checked before departure. Keep containers closed during vehicle transport to the drop-off point.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your trip for a refund minus $5 per craft. Within 48 hours, you'll receive credit valid for up to one calendar year, with no refund. The same cancellation policy applies in inclement weather. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a rain check. No-shows are charged the full price.
