- Complete the participant waiver before departure
- Arrive with your full party; boarding begins only after everyone has arrived
- Life jackets are required for children under 14
- Keep glassware in the galley and do not bring red wine, cranberry juice, or other deck-staining items
- Do not bring pets, balloons, sparklers, confetti, production equipment, lighting, or DJ equipment
- Expect an additional $75 charge for each 15-minute charter extension
- Crew gratuity is not included; typical gratuity is 10% to 20%

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 3 days before the start time. Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours are non-refundable. If you end the charter early, the remaining charter time is non-refundable. Severe weather warnings within 12 hours may require rescheduling.
