- Arrive at your rendezvous location a few minutes before delivery and pickup
- Primary renter must be age 18+ and have valid ID and a credit card
- Minors require parental consent and supervision
- Sign the rental agreement and liability waiver before pickup for every member of your party
- A credit-card security-deposit authorization is required and is not included in the listed price: $100 per bicycle or trailer and $200 per e-bike, released within 3–5 business days after return and inspection
- Expect delivery fees not included in the listed price: free within 4 miles of Midtown Atlanta, $5 within 5 miles, and $10 within 6 miles
- Use the equipment only for recreational cycling on designated bike paths, roads, and trails; racing, stunts, skatepark riding, and illegal activities are not allowed
- Keep all rented equipment within Georgia and secure it with the provided lock when unattended
- Late returns incur a $25 hourly fee after the grace period; excessively dirty equipment incurs a $50 cleaning fee
- Expect damage charges based on repair costs and full replacement costs for lost or stolen equipment
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Rescheduling is available outside the 24-hour window, subject to availability. If it rains on your rental day, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
