- Park only in the dedicated parking lot on Lacys Ln; parking violations incur a $250 per-car charge
- Do not loiter at the marina after your rental; violations incur a $50 per-person or item charge

Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and nonrefundable if you cancel. Weather that impacts more than 50% of your scheduled rental time may be rescheduled to an available Monday–Thursday at no additional cost; weather cancellations are decided on the day of booking. A full refund is available if an owner-caused boat issue ends your rental early.

Renters must be age 25 or older. If you were born after January 1, 1989, bring a valid boater's license, or be accompanied in the motorboat by a parent, legal guardian, or designated person age 18+ who holds a valid boating safety certificate or was born before January 1, 1989.
Lady Micky accommodates up to 10 passengers, with a maximum total weight of 1,375 lbs. The number of coolers may be limited to meet the weight restriction.
Use tubing equipment and splash pads only when rented with the boat. Personal tubes, splash pads, paddleboards, and inflatable kayaks are not permitted. You may bring lounge inflatables, but inflate them yourself.
