- Leave the marina area and return to your vehicle when your rental ends; a $50 charge per person or item applies for loitering

Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and nonrefundable if you cancel. Weather affecting more than 50% of the rental time will be rescheduled to an available Monday–Thursday at no extra cost; weather cancellations are decided on the day of booking. A full refund is available if an owner-responsible boat issue ends your rental early or owner negligence requires ending it.

Operators ages 25+ only. If you were born after January 1, 1989, bring a valid boater's license or be accompanied in the boat by a parent, legal guardian, or designated person age 18+ who holds a valid boating safety certificate or was born before January 1, 1989.
Arrive 15–20 minutes early for the required safety briefing and pontoon operation introduction. This briefing is included in your rental time.
