- Park only in the dedicated parking lot on Lacys Ln; violations incur a $250 charge per car
- Leave the marina area and return to your vehicle when the rental ends; violations incur a $50 charge per person or item

Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and cancellations are nonrefundable. Weather that impacts more than 50% of your scheduled rental time may be rescheduled to an available weekday (Monday–Thursday) at no extra cost; weather cancellations are decided on the day of booking. A full refund is available if an owner-caused boat issue or negligence ends the rental early.

FAQs
If you were born after January 1, 1989, bring a valid boater's license. Alternatively, you must be accompanied in the motorboat by a parent, legal guardian, or designated person age 18+ who has a valid boating safety certificate or was born before January 1, 1989.
Arrive 15–20 minutes early for the safety briefing and introduction to the boat's basic operation. This briefing is included in your rental time. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late lose the rental with no refund.
Wear a life jacket at all times while using the boat.
