- Return on time; rental time is not extended for late check-ins, and late fees apply after closing

- Damage or theft of the bike is your responsibility unless optional insurance is purchased
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours ahead for a full refund. Cancel between 72 and 24 hours ahead for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours ahead. Out-of-state travelers receive a full refund for riding-preventing weather.
