- Drivers must be at least 18 and hold a valid driver's license
- Drivers must be at least 25 when any passenger is under 18 and must be that minor's legal guardian
- Children must be at least 42 inches tall to ride
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- Complete the required safety video and waiver before riding
- A $1,500 damage hold per machine is required on a credit or debit card and is released after 7 days
- A Premium Damage Waiver is included and limits maximum out-of-pocket damage responsibility to $2,500
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment-use and maintenance fee applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3+ days ahead for a full refund; cancel 1–2 days ahead for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late returns: 15+ minutes $75, 1+ hour $150, 2+ hours full-day rental cost.
