Full refund more than 48 hours before departure; 25% reservation fee 12–48 hours before; no refund within 12 hours or for no-shows. Reschedule free at least 12 hours before departure; rescheduling or other changes within 12 hours incur a 25% reservation fee. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
