Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours ahead for a full refund. Cancel 24–72 hours ahead for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours ahead. Out-of-state visitors receive a full refund for riding-preventing weather.

Wear appropriate biking apparel and shoes. Bring sunscreen on hot days and bring your own water (or you can purchase a water bottle at the shop).
Depending on availability and upon request, you can get baskets, pouches, cup holders, helmets, and bungees for the rear rack. Locks are complimentary on all-day rentals; for other rental options, you must purchase a lock—clarify the cost with Greetwell before booking.
