- Bring valid ID for the military or first responder fare.
- Wheelchair access is limited to chairs that fit through a 26-inch-wide doorway. Onboard restrooms are not wheelchair accessible; accessible restrooms are available at the stations.
- Do not bring alcoholic beverages, drugs, or weapons aboard. Bags are subject to search before boarding, and prohibited items will be confiscated.
- Participation requires accepting the risks associated with the ride and releasing management, its agents, and performers from liability for resulting injuries.
- Participation includes consent to the use of your image or likeness in displays, transmissions, or reproductions of the event.
- Disorderly conduct or failure to follow the rules may result in refused admission or removal.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 7 or more days before departure incur a 10% refund fee; cancellations within 7 days incur a 30% fee. Online booking fees are nonrefundable. Ride credit is available for the purchase amount less online fees and is valid for 1 year. No-shows forfeit fares. One rebooking is free, subject to availability; additional rebookings cost $25.
