- Arrive 20–30 minutes early to check in so the process doesn't cut into your rental time.
- Arriving more than 1 hour late without notice may result in the boat being released and your reservation being treated as a no-show.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 48 hours before departure forfeit $100; within 48 hours, a 50% rental fee applies. Shortening a rental within 48 hours incurs a 50% fee on the canceled portion. Light rain, showers, clouds or unfavorable forecasts don't automatically qualify. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather and cannot reschedule, you'll receive a full refund.

Your pontoon rental accommodates up to 12 people.
Operate slowly enough to produce no wake in Paradox Bay, Sunset Strait, and within 100 feet of shore. Use the provided lake map to identify no-wake zones. Yield to kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards, give other boats plenty of space, and never approach from behind a boat towing someone.
Look for the lime green and white entrance sign and the large dirt parking lot with pine trees. Park in any spot on the right as you pull in.
