Ages 13+; 2 guests minimum to operate. Gratuity is not included. Gear packages can be rented for $30 per person.
Cancellation Policy
Refundable up to 72 hours before your initial booked departure date/time. If you reschedule during the confirmation call, the 72-hour timeline does not transfer. Requests less than 72 hours before departure are only granted if the tour is completely cancelled due to weather.

Yes. Expect a confirmation call on your tour date between 3:00–5:00 pm. You must confirm by return call or text by 5:30 pm, or your seats may be released and treated as a no-show if there’s a waitlist.
If conditions are overwhelmingly unlikely to be successful, the team will work with you during the confirmation call to reschedule, based on availability.
Dress in layers (base layers, mid-layers, heavy outerwear). You’ll often stand outside at night, and tours may travel up to 3 hours from Anchorage into colder, higher-elevation areas. Wear insulated winter boots, warm socks (wool is best), plus a winter hat and gloves.
