Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled activity
- Ages 5+ only
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult
- Pregnant people cannot participate
- Wear shoes at all times
- Complete a liability waiver before participating
- Remain free from drugs and alcohol during the activity
- Requires getting in and out of your kayak unassisted, including where shallow water or debris requires it
- Requires confidence navigating the river independently
- Health conditions that limit normal activity may restrict participation
- Do not bring glass on the river
Cancellation Policy
Refund minus the booking fee with 48 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No refund for no-shows or late arrivals that cannot be accommodated.
