- Groups arriving more than 15 minutes late must reschedule for another day
- Children age 2 and under do not pay but count toward the 7-guest capacity

Full refund with 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
