Important details
- Arrive a few minutes before delivery and pickup at your rendezvous location
- Primary renter must be ages 18+ with a valid photo ID and credit card
- Minors require parental consent and supervision
- Sign the rental agreement and liability waiver before pickup for everyone in your party
- A credit-card security-deposit authorization is required: $100 per bicycle or trailer and $200 per e-bike; it is released within 3–5 business days after return and inspection unless applied to damage, loss, or other fees
- Delivery fees are not included in the listed price: free within 4 miles of Midtown Atlanta, $5 within 5 miles, and $10 within 6 miles
- Rent kids' BMX bikes and the double trailer only with an adult bike
- Keep all rented equipment within Georgia and use it only for recreational cycling on designated paths, roads, and trails
- Use the provided lock whenever equipment is unattended
- Late returns incur a $25-per-hour fee after the grace period; excessively dirty equipment incurs a $50 cleaning fee
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Rescheduling is available outside the 24-hour window, subject to bike availability. If it rains heavily on your rental day, reschedule or receive a full refund.
