- Arrive at your rendezvous location a few minutes before delivery and pickup
- Primary renter must be age 18+ with a valid photo ID and credit card; minors require supervision and parental consent
- Sign the rental agreement and liability waiver before pickup for yourself and your entire party
- A $100 security deposit is held per standard bike or trailer, and a $200 deposit is held per e-bike; holds are released within 3–5 business days after return and inspection
- Expect delivery fees not included in the listed price: free within 4 miles of Midtown Atlanta, $5 within 5 miles, and $10 within 6 miles
- Keep all rented equipment within Georgia and use it only for recreational cycling; racing, stunts, skatepark riding, and illegal activity are prohibited
- Secure unattended equipment with the provided lock
- Expect charges not included in the listed price for late returns ($25 per hour after the grace period), excessive cleaning ($50), damage, loss, extra rental days, or declined payment methods ($35)
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. If it rains on the rental day, receive a full refund or reschedule.
