Things to know
ATV drivers must be age 18+ with prior ATV driving experience. UTV drivers are not provided by Snowhook and must be age 18+; driver and passenger(s) may not be exchanged. Each driver is responsible for any damage caused to their machine.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before: full refund less booking fees or taxes. Cancel 3–6 days before: 50% refund less booking fees or taxes. Cancel under 3 days or no-show: no refund. Bookings within 3 days (including same day): no refunds or rebooking. Full refund if operator cancels due to weather or force majeure.
FAQs
Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. The tour will not start early if you arrive too early, and late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Bring a camera, hat, and neck gaiter. Rain boots, rain pants, and rain jackets are provided if you need them.
