- Arrive 5 minutes before the lesson starts. If you're more than 10–15 minutes late, the lesson will start without you.

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.

FAQs
Paid parking is available in the pier parking lot and isn't included in the listed price. Free street parking is available on Pacific Ave and nearby, but spaces can be hard to find. Arrive 20–25 minutes early if you plan to look for free parking.
Yes. Optional professional photos cost $22 per person for all photos from the group lesson, paid separately from the listed price. You can purchase them with cash, Venmo, Cash App or a credit card.
Bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and drinks. Put on your swimwear before arriving if possible; your wetsuit goes over it. Leave expensive jewelry, watches and glasses off during your surf lesson, especially in the water.
