- Listen to music selected for its frequency for the full session
- Experience narrowband UVB light at the start per protocol
- Finish the session with staff assistance at the door

Things to know

Full refund with 24 hours notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
