Know before you go
- Ages 13+ only
- Arrive a few minutes before class and no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time
- Wear closed-toe shoes
- Complete a liability waiver for each participant before arrival
Cancellation Policy
Most customers receive a full refund with 1 week's notice. Private group tours for 5 or more have a nonrefundable 25% booking fee. No-shows are charged full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
