FAQs
Children 12 and under require close adult supervision within direct sight in the cat lounge. Admission is required for everyone entering, regardless of age. Anyone whose behavior stresses the cats, including screaming, stomping or jumping, may be asked to leave.
You can play with the cats, but do not pick them up or chase them. Picking up a cat results in removal from the lounge. Give cats space when they seem stressed or staff ask you to; gently pet sleeping cats without waking them or encouraging play.
