- The passenger weight limit is 300 lbs per person without an additional comfort seat. Above this limit, an additional seat is required at the full retail rate and is not included in the listed price. Incorrect weight information may result in cancellation.
- Ages 18+: bring an original REAL ID-compliant driver's license or valid passport. Photocopies and digital images are not accepted; you will be denied boarding without acceptable ID.
- Infants under 2 may ride on a lap in the helicopter with a birth certificate. Infants require their own seat during shuttle transfers; lap riding is not allowed in transfer vehicles.
- Bring only a small personal bag; helicopter storage space is limited.
- Flights depend on weather and operational availability.
- This experience is unavailable on May 25, June 19, July 3–4, September 7, October 12, November 11, November 26, and December 25.
- Be ready outside the designated property pickup location 10 minutes early. Check in for your helicopter flight at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may forfeit their reservation.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final; no refunds. You may reschedule to a different date or activity with at least 24 hours' notice, including changes due to wind, lightning, special closures, or your choice. No-shows are charged the full price.
