Cancellation Policy
Receive a 100% refund when you cancel at least 72 hours before the activity date, or a 50% refund when you cancel 48 hours before. Cancellations 24 hours or less before are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. If Hanalei Bridge closes, your rental will be rescheduled or fully refunded if rescheduling is not possible during your vacation. Operator cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances receive a full refund or credit.
