- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver’s license
- Wear the provided DOT-approved helmet
- Bring protective eyewear for scooter rides; glasses are available at check-in for $5 each, not included in the listed price
- Bring closed-toe shoes or sneakers for scooter rides and weather-appropriate clothing
- Good physical health is required
- Vehicle weight limits: 250 lbs for single-seat scooters, 500 lbs for Smart Cabrios, and 400 lbs for Honda PCXs
- Honda PCX drivers need a valid motorcycle license; second riders must be ages 7+ and reach the foot pegs
- No pets; service animals require proof of insurance
- A fuel surcharge applies and is not included in the listed price
- Optional limited loss damage waiver coverage is not insurance and costs $10 for single- or double-seat scooters or $20 for Smart Cabrios, not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the tour for a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee and booking fees. No refund with less than 48 hours' notice, for no-shows, late arrivals, or inability to safely operate a scooter during training. Tours canceled by the operator due to weather are not subject to a cancellation fee.
