Things to know
Renters must be 21+ and all drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A $2,000 damage deposit is required and held on a credit card the day of the tour. Gratuity is not included.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72+ hours before your reservation; a $50.00 cancel/booking fee applies. No cancellations within 72 hours for any reason; you will be charged in full. No refunds due to weather. Full refund if there are unforeseen circumstances or if the operator deems the weather too unsafe.
FAQs
Yes. You must bring a credit card for a $2,000 damage deposit held on the day of the tour. It is returned immediately after the tour if there is no damage to the equipment.
You must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license to drive. The main renter must be 21+.
Expect dust. Wear closed-toe shoes and consider sunglasses. You can wear long or short sleeves and pants or shorts; in winter, dress in warm winter clothing.
