- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled rental
- Primary renter must be 21+; drivers must be 14+ and passengers must be 6+
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID for each driver
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 need a Florida Boater Safety Certificate or must complete the temporary Florida boating safety test before operating
- Complete electronic rental agreements and liability waivers before riding; a parent or legal guardian signs for participants under 18
- Weight limit: 450 lbs
- Wear required safety equipment and follow no-wake zones, speed restrictions, navigation laws, and riding boundaries
- A credit card is required; debit cards are not accepted
- Damage-related charges may apply and are not included in the listed price; the amount is determined at the owner's discretion
Cancellation Policy
Same-day reservations are final and non-refundable. Cancel more than 24 hours before the rental for a refund minus $50. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Unsafe weather may be rescheduled. Light rain does not qualify for cancellation or refund.
