Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
- Ages 14+ only
- Remain standing for up to 90 minutes while working with the torch
- Wear closed-toe shoes
- Sign a waiver before participating; a legal guardian must sign for participants age 17 and under
- Limit studio entry to registered Hot Shop or Flamework class participants
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before for a full refund. Cancel within 30 days for a 50% refund; same-day cancellations are nonrefundable. Reschedule free 6+ days before; rescheduling within 5 days costs $40.
FAQs
Wear closed-toe shoes. Bring removable layers, as the studio can be warm, and bring a water bottle or other beverage. Eat a meal or snack before class.
Arrive 15 minutes before class for check-in. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the start time forfeits your class and counts as a no-show.
Your glass must cool overnight in the kiln and is available for pickup the next day after 10:30am. Shipped items may take up to 21 days to arrive.
