- Glass requires overnight kiln cooling and is available for pickup after 3:30pm the next day
- Allow up to 21 days for shipped items to arrive

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days receive a 50% refund; same-day cancellations are nonrefundable. Reschedule free at least 6 days before; a $40 fee applies within 5 days.
