Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours before your rental for a full refund. Cancel 24–72 hours before for a 50% refund. No refund is available for cancellations less than 24 hours before your rental.

FAQs
Bring your rental confirmation (printed or on your phone) and either a credit card to leave on file or an ID (driver’s license or passport). Wear appropriate biking apparel and shoes; sunscreen is recommended on hot days.
Helmets and baskets are complimentary. Depending on availability, you can also request pouches, rear/front cargo baskets, and cup holders. Locks are complimentary on all-day rentals, but hourly rentals require you to purchase a lock.
Riders under 18 must wear a helmet and ride with a parent or guardian. This activity is not suitable for pregnant women.
