- Requires an approximately 3.4-mile round-trip hike with roughly 800 feet of elevation gain
- Requires hiking unassisted over muddy, wet, slippery, uneven natural terrain with rocks, roots, stairs, heat, humidity, and possible rain
- Requires safely entering and exiting the tour vehicle without physical assistance
- Complete the electronic waiver before the tour

Swimming depends on current conditions and access and is not guaranteed. Swimming at ʻOheʻo Gulch, also known as the Seven Sacred Pools, may be restricted or closed by Haleakalā National Park.
