10% penalty for all cancellations. 30% penalty 14–21 days before start; 50% penalty 7–14 days before; 100% penalty less than 7 days before. Late arrival: if you do not arrive within 15 minutes, it is a no-show with no refund. Full refund if the operator cancels.
