Itinerary
Step-By-Step Zippy's Treetop Adventure Process!
1. Arrival: Please arrive at the park 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
2. Check-In: All guests will be discreetly weighed and given name tags. At this time, guests should empty their pockets and use the restrooms before their tour. Personal belonging bins are available behind the desk, or you are welcome to store items in your car.
3. Gear Up: Your guides will greet you and call your group to the front deck, where your adventure begins with harness fitting and a brief safety orientation.
4. Head to the Course: Follow your guides on a short hike to the course and enjoy Zippy's Treetop Adventure!

Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your tour and allow extra time for Highway 441 construction delays
- Ages 4+ only, with a weight limit under 200 lbs
- Each child ages 4–5 requires a paid, participating adult on the course
- Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes are required; no sandals, Crocs, flip-flops, or open-heel shoes
- Requires walking short uneven hills, climbing stairs, and balancing on aerial elements
- Pregnancy, heart conditions, recent surgeries, serious injuries, or limiting medical or mobility conditions prevent participation
- Alcohol, drugs, or other mind-altering substances prevent participation
- Complete a digital waiver before entering beyond the outpost, including as a spectator
- Tours run rain or shine but may be delayed, modified, or canceled for lightning, high winds, or safety conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule free up to 72 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to severe weather or safety concerns.
