- Optional insurance costs $5 per e-bike and covers mechanical damage only
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours before start for a full refund. Cancel 24–72 hours before start for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before start. Out-of-state riders receive a full refund for riding-preventing weather.
FAQs
Optional insurance covers mechanical damage during your rental. It does not cover bike-frame damage, lost or stolen battery keys, or damage caused by negligence.
Extra riding time is charged by the hour. Late fees apply if you return after closing time.
