Will we see sharks, dolphins or mermaids?
Sharks and dolphins are rare inside the harbor; you may spot rays or octopus, but mermaids remain elusive.
How long is the boat ride?
Public trips last about 45 minutes and may run slightly longer.
Can we take photos and videos?
Yes, feel free to capture as many images as you like, but drones are not permitted on public trips.
Things to know
Children under 90 lb must wear a provided life jacket and be accompanied by an adult. The staircase to the underwater viewing area is steep and not wheelchair accessible.
Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure. Full refund or credit provided if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Trips may be rescheduled up to 4 hours before the start time.
