Important details
- Minimum weight: 40 lbs for all watercraft users
- Solo kayaks are for ages 10+; children under 10 require an adult accompanying them in a tandem kayak or canoe
- Children under 8 require an adult in the same river tube
- Maximum weight: 325 lbs per solo vessel; 550 lbs combined per tandem vessel
- Solo vessels allow only one person
- Wear a life jacket at all times
- Sign the acknowledgement of risk form before participating
- Activity restrictions may apply at staff discretion, including for weather or river conditions
Cancellation Policy
Operates rain or shine. Cancellations more than 48 hours ahead receive a 90% refund; 24–28 hours ahead, 50%. Same-day cancellations receive no refund; a rain check may be issued. Severe weather or river-condition cancellations are at the operator's discretion; rescheduling and negotiated refunds may be possible. Rescheduling excludes federal holidays and federal holiday weekends.
