Itinerary

As you ascend above beautiful Girdwood Valley, the scenery begins. Crest over mountain peaks into the Chugach backcountry where you will explore the most spectacular glaciers of the region. Your pilot will land on Colony Glacier where you’ll step out of the helicopter and venture onto the ice for 15-20 minutes. On your extended return flight, you’ll behold the Prince William Sound, one of the most breathtakingly beautiful and pristine areas in Alaska. Your pilot will take you near the face of a giant tide-water glacier, something only a helicopter can do, for a once-in-a-lifetime view. You may even catch sight of it calving.

• Weight limit: 290 lbs per seat and 600 lbs combined passenger weight per helicopter. Passenger weights are verified discreetly at check-in.
• Infants under 24 months may ride on a parent's lap. Bring proof of age for lap infants at check-in. Children ages 2 and older require their own seat.
• A $150 comfort surcharge applies to passengers weighing 250 lbs or more and is not included in the listed price. Under-reporting passenger weight may result in an additional charge.
• Your party may be split across helicopters that fly and land together, and you may be seated with other passengers to maintain safe weight and balance.
• Wear sturdy, flat, closed-toe shoes. Sandals and high heels are not permitted.
