Things to know
Closed-toe shoes are required. Each participant must complete a liability waiver before arrival. Arrive a few minutes early and no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 1-week notice of cancellation. For private group tours (5 or more), a 25% non-refundable booking fee applies. Full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
